1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items
  • Used or damaged shoes (unless defective upon arrival)

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

4. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or model if available.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees may apply
  • In the case of defective products, we cover all return costs
