1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited 6-month warranty against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Premature failure under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Altered or modified shoes
2. Warranty Claims
To submit a claim, please email support@rydenzo.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the defect
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, we may:
- Replace the product
- Offer a store credit
- Provide another suitable solution
We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
